I’m Melissa–Architect and founder of Build Sage Design. I love travel, cities, and beautiful spaces (and a good glass of white wine). My dream is to revitalize downtown neighborhoods and build walkable communities for those that desire a more urban lifestyle.

I’ve lived in small Southern towns and big coastal cities and have always been drawn to neighborhoods with sidewalks and destinations that don’t require a car. It’s not the lifestyle for everyone—and that’s okay—but I believe this kind of urban living should be an option in every city. I would be honored to help you and your family craft a downtown home here in Chattanooga.
