Add-On Services

ADD-ON: Meet onsite and communicate regularly with the contractor and various trades to answer questions about design intent and ensure quality work. Track schedule and advise on billing to help the project stay on time and budget.
ADD-ON: Purchase BSD specified items (plumbing fixtures, finishes, decorative lighting, hardware) often secured at a discounted rate. BSD will coordinate receiving, storage, and timely delivery to site of all purchased items.
